Learning objectives

The 3-year Degree Course in Environmental Biological Sciences aims to train graduates with basic knowledge in biological disciplines at the cellular, molecular, functional and eco-evolutionary level, with particular reference to environmental issues. Graduates will acquire operational skills in the biological field through multi-disciplinary investigation methods and theoretical-experimental knowledge for an organic view of living beings and interactions between organisms and environment.

Career opportunities

Professional and technical activities in the public or private field as well as in self-employment as laboratory, control, remediation or management technicians of the terrestrial and marine environment, guides or specialists in the environmental field.

Further education

Enrolment in Master’s degree courses or 1st level professional master’s programmes aimed at training professionals in various branches of environmental biological sciences applied to analysis, monitoring and environmental remediation.
