Learning objectives

The degree course is meant to meet the growing national and European demand for highly professional technicians able to operate in an innovative and transdisciplinary way on environmental issues in landscape, urban and socio-economic terms. The aim of the course is to train professionals with technical and cultural skills in territory analysis, design and management, both in rural and urban areas, and with operational skills in environmental and landscape planning.

Career opportunities

After passing the state exam, it is possible to register as Junior Planners in section B of the Order of Architects, Landscape Planners and Conservators, and to register as Junior Agronomist in section B of the Order of Agronomists and Forestry doctors.
Employment opportunities are those envisaged for Green Jobs.

Further education

Sapienza/Tuscia inter-university Master’s degree course in Landscape Architecture (Official website of LM-3) and, with integrations, Master’s degree course in Environmental and Forestry Sciences (Official website of LM-73), and 1st-level Professional Master programmes.

Specific traineeships: on notice at Tenuta di Castelporziano (Rome), activities at CSALP – UNITUS (held in Pieve Tesino), trainings, international summer schools and educational trips.
